Pica

Pica is a set of two tables, with overlapping oval stone tops set at different heights to create a layered arrangement. Both tops are finished in dark marble with distinctive light veining, allowing the natural pattern of the stone to remain the primary visual detail. Slender gun-metal legs support each top, with closely spaced vertical rods giving the tables a fine, linear structure beneath their substantial stone surfaces. Small rounded connectors appear between select legs, adding subtle points of detail to the otherwise uninterrupted framework. The two tables retain the same materials and construction while varying in scale and height, allowing them to sit together as a single composition or be separated around a seating arrangement.
